Your EU right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason.
JobFunnel is a digital service, so this right is not lost by starting to use it. The law would let us deduct a proportionate amount for the days you used, and we do not. You get the full amount back, with nothing taken off, reimbursed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep the access you already paid for. Withdrawing ends the contract now and triggers a refund. If you only want to stop future charges, cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage billing instead. See the Refund Policy for the difference.
