1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of JobFunnel ("we", "us", or "our"), a job search management platform available at jobfunnel.eu and through the JobFunnel Chrome Extension. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use JobFunnel.

2. The Service

JobFunnel helps you run your job search like a funnel. The service includes:

• A pipeline tracker for your job applications and their stages
• Funnel analytics on your application outcomes
• An interview story library in STAR format
• CV and resume tools, including AI-assisted features
• A Chrome extension for saving job postings into your pipeline

JobFunnel is offered as a free plan and as a paid Pro subscription that unlocks additional features.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use JobFunnel
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account
• One account per person; accounts are personal and not transferable

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Payment

Our order process is conducted by our third-party payment processor, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. The payment processor handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes such as VAT, and payment-related customer service. When you purchase a subscription, you also agree to the payment processor's checkout terms, which are presented to you at the point of purchase.

• Both paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled: Pro Monthly every month, the Job Search Pack every 3 months
• A free trial, where offered, runs for 14 days, requires no payment method, and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. When it ends you return to the free plan unless you choose to subscribe
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing inside JobFunnel, using the link in your receipt email, or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then
• On either paid plan you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer, which you can exercise at /withdraw. Withdrawal is not the same as cancellation described above: cancelling stops future charges and leaves you with the access you paid for, whereas withdrawing ends the contract and triggers reimbursement
• If we change subscription prices, we will notify you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period

5. Refunds

Refund terms depend on the plan. The Job Search Pack carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. Pro Monthly is preceded by a 14-day free trial that takes no payment method, and once you subscribe you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal with no proportionate deduction. On either plan, if a renewal charge was not intended, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we refund it. Refunds are processed by our payment processor as Merchant of Record. 6. Acceptable Use

When using JobFunnel, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the service, or probe its security
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without our permission
• Use AI-assisted features to generate unlawful or deceptive content
• Interfere with the operation of the service or place unreasonable load on it

7. Your Content

You own the content you add to JobFunnel, including job applications, notes, interview stories, and CV files. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. AI-Assisted Features

Some features, such as cover letter generation and CV parsing, use artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it. JobFunnel does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any other job search outcome.

9. Chrome Extension

The JobFunnel Chrome Extension helps you save job postings you are viewing into your own JobFunnel account. It only acts when you use it, and it is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for using the extension in line with the terms of the websites you visit.

10. Intellectual Property

The JobFunnel name, wordmark, design, and software are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal job search. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without any obligation to you.

11. Availability and Changes to the Service

JobFunnel is an early-stage product and evolves quickly. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobFunnel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the same extent, our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, and nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under Dutch and EU law.

13. Termination

You can stop using JobFunnel at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us at admin@jobfunnel.eu. Deleting your account removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, giving you notice where the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. If you continue using JobFunnel after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and stop using the service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you use JobFunnel as a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring disputes before the courts of that country. You may also contact the consumer protection authority or an accredited dispute resolution body in your country.

16. Operator and Contact
